ElovyrHaven is an independent online home-wellness brand. We offer hand-blended incense and fragrance, calming home décor, DIY craft kits, and therapeutic gifts. You can reach us at info@elovyrhaven.com. We have no physical retail premises; all sales take place through this website.

- We photograph products as accurately as we can, but colours may appear differently depending on your screen.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude any import duties or taxes that may apply on delivery.
4. Payment
Orders are placed and paid for on this website. You add items to the cart and pay at checkout through our third-party payment provider. Shipping is included in the price shown for each item. Payment is authorised before your order is confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email. We do not see or store your full card details. If a payment cannot be completed, the order will not be confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
6. Returns, Withdrawal & Refunds

- Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This right cannot be waived or limited by us.
- Outside that statutory right, returns are reviewed case by case — email us with your order number and the reason, and we will agree a fair solution with you in writing.
- Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Reasonable inspection is always allowed.
- Customised items, used items, and hygiene products that contact the body directly (such as sleep masks) once opened, used, or with broken seals cannot be returned.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method. We may withhold a refund until the goods are received back, and we comply with all mandatory legal refund deadlines.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, brand copy, logos, graphics, product photography, and product designs — belongs to ElovyrHaven and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing here grants you a licence to use it commercially.
8. Product Safety & Responsible Use
- Incense and fragrance: burn only in a well-ventilated area, on a heat-safe holder, away from flammable materials, children, and pets. Never leave burning incense unattended. Some people and animals are sensitive to smoke and fragrance — discontinue use if irritation occurs.
- Small parts: some items contain small components and are not suitable for young children. Keep them out of reach.
- Décor pieces: natural stone and resin items are decorative objects, not toys, and may be fragile or heavy.
- Always follow any care or usage instructions supplied with your order. Nothing we sell is a medical device or a treatment for any condition.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
