From a photo of what you want to a parcel at your door. Four steps — two of them are yours.
This page is our side of the job — what we do, in what order, and where things can go wrong. If you would rather see it from your side of the table (the timeline, what you have to do, and when money changes hands), read Your Order, Step by Step instead.
1. You send the photos — or just the product name
Send us photos of the items in the photo upload box on our home page — up to four a day, and phone photos are fine. Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Pinduoduo and JD are all in scope. This site takes photos, not links, by design: it keeps the site and your data safe. If a photo is not enough, give us the product name and we will go and find the item.
Tell us the variant you want (colour, size, model) and the quantity, and add your destination country and postcode, which is what lets us price the freight instead of guessing it. Leave a variant or quantity out and we quote the listing’s default and mark it as a default on the quote, so you can correct everything in one go when you accept. You get an acknowledgement within two working hours; after that nothing is needed from you.
2. One quote back — within 48 hours
We look up every item, confirm it is still available, check it against our prohibited items list, estimate the chargeable weight, and send one quotation by email. It carries four things and one total: the item cost in RMB converted at the day’s Bank of China rate (we show you the exact rate we used), our service fee, packing, and the international freight for your destination and weight.
The quote is valid for five working days. Chinese prices and exchange rates move, so we price the week in and hold it: inside those five working days, the figure you were sent is the figure you pay. After that it expires on its own and we issue a fresh one — no renegotiation, no surprises.
3. You accept, and payment travels with the acceptance
There are two ways to accept and you only need one: reply to the quotation email with “I accept quote <reference> as issued”, or sign the quote page and send it back. The quotation email also carries the payment link, so accepting and paying happen in the same breath — one confirmation, one payment, no second round of emails.
That single acceptance covers four things at once: the price as quoted, hiring us as your purchasing agent, the terms of service (duty and taxes in your country are the recipient’s — see Shipping & Duties — and we never under-declare), and permission to buy your items as described on the quote. Nothing is ordered until the money has actually arrived — we do not work on credit, which is why we do not take payment after delivery.
4. We buy, check, pack and ship
After that it is our job, and it is the part we keep most of our time for. We order from the Chinese sellers in RMB and log what we paid, receive everything at our warehouse in China and photograph it, check it against what you ordered, strip the surplus cartons and filler you would otherwise pay freight on, consolidate it into one parcel, declare it at its real value and description, and hand it to the international line you chose. You see the photos before anything is sent abroad, and you get the tracking number the day it leaves.
Fragile items get extra padding, and we tell you before we add anything that costs extra — no surprise charges at the packing stage. Electronics, batteries and liquids are reviewed before purchase, not after: some lines cannot carry them at all, and we would rather find that out while it is still free to change the order.
If the real freight comes out lower than quoted, we refund the difference. If it comes out higher by 5% or less — or by under US$5 — we absorb it instead of sending you a bill. Only if it exceeds both do we email you for the shortfall before dispatch. End to end it usually runs 10–18 days.
What we need from you
- clear photos of the items, or the product name (this site takes photos, not links);
- the variant and the quantity — leave them blank and we quote the default;
- your destination country and postcode (the full delivery address and a phone number can follow once you accept);
- a reply within five working days, which is how long your quote holds.
What we don’t do
- We don’t buy replicas, counterfeits or trademark-infringing goods, and we don’t use “duty-free” or under-declared shipping channels.
- We don’t guarantee the quality of goods made by another seller — we inspect and we represent you, but the manufacturer is the manufacturer.
- We don’t accept bulk commercial quantities that would be treated as commercial trade without agreeing it with you first.
- We don’t haggle in circles: one quotation, one round of changes, and then we are buying and packing.
Next step: send us your photos or read the service terms first.
