We review every link before we buy. If an item cannot be legally exported from China or imported into your country, we will not order it — and we will tell you why.
| Category | Examples | Our decision |
|---|---|---|
| Never accepted | Counterfeits and replicas, weapons, tobacco and vape products, medicines, live plants or animals, anything a destination country prohibits | We decline the order and tell you why |
| Case by case | Liquids, cosmetics and creams, food and supplements, goods with lithium batteries, items needing certification | Possible on specific lines only — we check before you pay |
| Usually fine | Clothing and accessories, home textiles and décor, ceramics, stationery, craft supplies, fabric, hardware and tools, non-electronic gifts | Accepted, subject to a final review of the link |
Never accepted
- Counterfeit, replica or trademark-infringing goods — including “inspired by” listings that carry another brand’s logo, packaging or model number
- Weapons, knives, ammunition, replica firearms, parts of firearms
- Tobacco, e-cigarettes, vape devices, liquids and pods
- Medicines, prescription drugs, unapproved health supplements, medical devices
- Fresh food, meat, dairy, fruit, seeds, plants, soil, live animals
- Pornography and illegal publications
- Hazardous chemicals, corrosives, flammables, explosives, compressed gas
- Currency, negotiable instruments, and items subject to sanctions
- Human remains, ivory, and protected wildlife products
About replicas: this is the one category where we are strictest, and it is deliberate. Counterfeit goods are seized, and parcels carrying them expose the recipient and the agent to penalties; payment accounts get frozen. If your link turns out to be a replica we cancel the order and refund the item cost. Some platforms are full of them — we would rather lose the order.
Reviewed case by case — possible on some lines only
- Liquids, creams, perfumes, cosmetics and skincare
- Products with built-in lithium batteries (power banks, headphones, small appliances)
- Powders, tea, dried herbs and packaged foods
- Toys, electrical goods and children’s items without the certification your country requires (CE, UKCA, FCC, PSE and similar)
- Strong magnets and magnet-containing products
- Items with plant or animal material, wooden articles, bamboo, rattan
- High-value goods (jewellery, watches, cameras) — usually insurable only on express lines
For these we check the current line rules, your destination’s import requirements, and whether the seller provides the documents needed — then tell you what is possible and what it costs. Sometimes the answer is no, or “not on the cheap line”.
Generally fine — subject to final review
- Clothing, hanfu, textiles, fabric, accessories
- Home décor, ceramics, glassware, wooden and bamboo homeware
- Stationery, paper goods, craft materials, DIY kits, beads and findings
- Non-electronic tools and hardware
- Bags, storage, small furniture fittings
- Metal, resin and stone decorative pieces
Keeping within personal-use quantities
Customs treat a parcel quite differently depending on whether it looks like personal use or commercial trade. Ten of the same item, or repeated identical orders to the same address in a short period, will be read as commercial — which changes the entry process, the duties and sometimes whether the parcel is released at all. If your order starts to look like trade rather than personal, we will flag it and agree the right approach with you before shipping. Genuine small trade orders are welcome; they just need to be declared as such.
If we find a problem
We stop before buying, or before shipping if the goods are already in the warehouse, explain what the issue is, and offer the realistic options — a different seller, a different line, or a refund of the item cost. Prohibited items found after purchase cannot be shipped, and our purchasing fee is not refunded in that case, because the work has been done. This is why we review first.
